Carrie O'Malley and Lisa Hedrick Participate in Inaugural Kayo Women’s Executive Leadership Retreat

Carrie O'Malley and Lisa Hedrick attended the inaugural Kayo Women’s Executive Leadership Retreat in Austin, Texas.  

Founded in 2013, the Kayo Conference Series unites a community of women investors, REITs, investment bankers, asset managers, developers, credit investors & lenders, attorneys, accountants and industry advisors to network and communicate about deal flow, capital, industry knowledge and career issues. Kayo connects women through its flagship annual conferences, email newsletters, online community and digital content. 

In 2018, Carrie O’Malley moderated a panel discussion at the Kayo Women’s Real Estate Summit titled “Coffee and Conversation with Local Developers”. Panelists shared insights on projects in the DC market and updates on capital raising, pricing, upcoming projects, and outlook on trends and key risk facing developers. Carrie and Kristen Burgers also hosted a round table discussion on Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing.
