On January, 14, Hirschler M&A and Finance Practice Leader Lisa Hedrick sat down with Jim Headley from the MacLaurin Group to cover the highlights of the recently released 2021 ABA Private Target Deal Points Study. In the interview, Lisa provides brief background on how the study is conducted and her role on the committee responsible for the report.  Lisa goes on to highlight key findings from the current study, including information on key M&A deal points such as representation and warranties insurance (RWI), earnouts, and adjustment escrows.
