Hirschler To Sponsor the VCU Real Estate Trends Conference

Hirschler is pleased to support the 2022 VCU Real Estate Trends Conference to be held October 13 from 7:30am – 12:30pm at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.

Hosted by the Kornblau Real Estate Program, the VCU Real Estate Trends conference annually attracts more than 1,300 people from all sectors of real estate including both academic and professional ranks.

Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., “the Bowtie Economist,” will lead the first session. Eisenberg is a nationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making economics fun, relevant and educational. He is the chief economist for GraphsandLaughs, an economic consultancy that serves a variety of clients across the United States.

Researcher Steve Weikal will lead the second session. Head of industry relations at the MIT Center for Real Estate, Weikal focuses on innovative new technology and business models that disrupt the traditional ways of developing, transacting and managing real estate. A licensed attorney and real estate broker, he is also a LEED accredited professional, a qualification of green building expertise.
