Larry Katz to Speak on May 18th at the Annual Meeting of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Section.

The program is entitled “A Overview of Subchapter V of Chapter 11 - An Alternative for Certain Individuals and Small Businesses.” Larry serves as a Subchapter V bankruptcy trustee in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. and will be discussing his role as a trustee in chapter 11 cases along with D.C. Bankruptcy Judge Elizabeth Gunn, a representative of the Office of the U.S. Trustee, and two other bankruptcy practitioners.
