Carrie O’Malley Participated as Commercial PACE Panelist at 2018 PACENation Summit 

On Tuesday, March 20, real estate partner Carrie O'Malley will speak at the C-PACE: Commercial Real Estate Panel at the PACENation Summit. The Annual PACENation Summit is the only national conference focused completely on PACE. C-PACE programs offer long-term private financing for renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades to commercial property. PACE-enabling legislation is active in 33 states plus D.C., and PACE programs are now active (launched and operating) in 19 states plus D.C.

The Commercial Real Estate Panel will address how the Commercial Real Estate properties are a growing target market for PACE, since PACE can increase property value, align tenant and landlord interests, and has attractive economics for meeting hurdle rates. Carrie and the other panel presenters will address overcoming typical obstacles to closing a deal and review case studies on the implementation of C-PACE by property owners.
