Hirschler Fleischer Earns Recognition as a Finalist for 2014 M&A Advisor Awards

Hirschler Fleischer is pleased to announce that the firm has once again been selected as a finalist for “Law Firm of the Year” as part of the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, selected by M&A Advisor magazine. In addition, Andrew M. Lohmann, chair of Hirschler Fleischer’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, is a finalist for “Legal Advisor of the Year.” This marks the third consecutive year that the firm and Mr. Lohmann have been recognized with these honors.

Hirschler Fleischer is also a finalist for M&A Deal of the Year for the “$100MM to $250MM” category, and for the Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year for the “Up to $250MM” category for its representation of Bertram Capital and its portfolio company Webex, Inc. in the acquisition of Maxcess International Holding Corporation, which closed in January 2014.
