Partner Charlie Payne was recently interviewed by the NBC News Washington affiliate for a news story regarding the Spotsylvania County solar farm proposed by his client S-Power.

To counter arguments made by local residents opposed to the farm, Charlie points to the business opportunities it would present for the County.
