Brandt Stitzer and John McManus recently completed the acquisition of a 17.5 acre parcel in Culpeper, Virginia for $950,000 to serve as the site of Lifepoint Church’s third owned campus. Construction of the 1030 seat- facility will begin in 2020 and be completed in 2021.
Lifepoint began in 2005 with 50 members and now averages 6300 in attendance and has 2300 active volunteers. Hirschler has assisted Lifepoint through the years as the church continues to grow its physical infrastructure and membership.
In 2017, John and Brandt completed the acquisition and development of Lifepoint’s second owned campus in Spotsylvania which closed on 9/26/17 for $14,300,000. The almost 39,000 square foot church, with 750 seats, opened late 2018. Future plans at this site are to construct a college which church management anticipates will begin in the next 5 years.
John also handled Lifepoint Church’s acquisition of its first permanent facility in March 2012 for $3,850,000. The campus opened in August 2014 in the 47,000-square-foot building at 1400 Central Park Blvd. that was formerly the Fredericksburg Ice Park.
