Brian Jackson Secures Approval for $32M Apartment Complex for W Brook Road, LLC

Despite strong opposition from the community association, Brian Jackson won approval of a $32 million, 224-unit apartment complex in the City of Richmond for local developer W Brook Road, LLC. The project is expected to generate $400,000 in new tax revenue. Brian was able to secure a 9-0 vote of approval for a Special Use Permit (SUP) and the closure of a street to accommodate the development.
