Brandt Stitzer and Jack Kendall Assist Toby Town RVA in Business Formation and Acquisition

Brandt Stitzer and Jack Kendall provided counsel to firm client Toby Town RVA on a real estate acquisition, business formation and associated SBA construction loan to serve as the site of a new dog daycare and boarding facility.   Toby Town will be able to service 140 dogs per day and board up to 140 dogs.

The transaction involved two SBA loans. The acquisition closed on January 11, 2019. Construction on the new facility, located at 2100 Maywill Street, is winding down and the second part of the loan will close following completion.
