Abby Johnson is executive director, Virginia PACE Authority. She has worked nationally in C-PACE financing since 2013, and was instrumental in getting C-PACE legislation passed in 2015 and 2019. Virginia PACE Authority is a new nonprofit organization, providing C-PACE program administration services exclusively to Virginia communities. Abby has worked tirelessly to expand PACE in Virginia and her companies, Abacus Property Solutions, L.L.C. and Virginia PACE Authority, are currently focused on opportunities in Petersburg.
