Hirschler Team Celebrates Another Milestone in DC’s Skyland Project

Hirschler real estate partners Jay Yurow and Kristen Burgers are among many celebrating another milestone for DC’s Skyland Town Center project.

As reported in the Washington Post, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser was on hand for the most recent groundbreaking at Skyland Town Center in Washington DC, the 18.7 acre mixed-use development in southeast Washington, D.C. Jay and Kristen have assisted the lender, DCRC Skyland LLC, an affiliate of the USCIS-designated DC Regional Center, with the financing and leasing on the site since 2013. In recent months, paralegal Christine Walters has jumped in to support Jay and Kristen on title and survey matters, as work on this ambitious and challenging project continues.
