Kelly Bundy Appointed to the Virginia Safety and Health Codes Board

Hirschler is pleased to announce that construction law attorney Kelly Bundy has been appointed to the Virginia Safety and Health Codes Board by Governor Northam. Bundy will serve as the construction industry employer representative to the Board. The Board is authorized to adopt, alter, amend, and repeal rules and regulations protecting the occupational safety and health of employees in Virginia, including the state plan agreement with federal OSHA. Bundy will serve an initial four-year term, and she is one of 12 board members appointed by the Governor.
