Hirschler M&A attorneys Lisa Hedrick and Sarah Mikowski advised Richmond and New York-based Monticello Consulting Group in its recent merger with BIP, an Italian professional services group that provides a wide range of business and digital transformation services to clients across sectors.

The merger supports BIP’s goal of expanding its presence in the United States, bringing total headcount in the US to more than 150 employees.
