Hirschler’s Newest Partner, Robert Saffelle, Featured in Law360

On June 14, 2022, Law360 highlighted Hirschler’s addition of Robert Saffelle as a benefits and executive compensation partner in Richmond.

Saffelle counsels businesses of all sizes on all aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), which spans a wide range of issues, including the challenges that can arise in the context of a merger or acquisition. In those cases, Saffelle helps converging businesses to address inherited business plans and ensure they are both legal and operating properly.
