Hirschler Officially Moves Into New Tysons Office on International Drive

Hirschler is pleased to announce that its Tysons attorneys and staff have officially relocated and begun operating in its new 12,200 square-foot space at 1676 International Drive as of November 21. Announced in October 2022, the move to this new location is providing the firm additional space for sustained growth in the northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. region, as well as collaborative features and upgraded amenities.

“We have been looking forward to this move since we began exploring this amazing space on International Drive, and the enthusiasm across our Tysons team from finally inhabiting our new office is already palpable. As we continue to make ourselves at home in the upcoming weeks, we are excited about the impact that the upgraded amenities, technology and collaborative space will have for our clients,” said Justine Fitzgerald, managing partner of Hirschler’s Tysons office. Fitzgerald, who regularly counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, was also involved in negotiating the lease on Hirschler’s behalf.

Launched in 2016, after a merger with Leach Travell, Hirschler’s Tysons office has grown to 17 attorneys. The new space provides an opportunity for growth, as well as collaboration areas, including “huddle space” and a bright café for employees. Tenants at 1676 International Drive also have access to a wide range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art workout facility and use of the building’s many meeting and entertainment venues.
