Hirschler Names Two New Partners

Hirschler is proud to announce the elevation of two associates to new partners, effective January 1, 2025: Andrea Marafatsos and Kristin Shields.

• Andrea Marafatsos’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as general business and corporate matters, including corporate diligence, preparation of transaction documents, and assisting with formation and choice of entity decisions.
• Kristin Shields assists a variety of clients, ranging from developers to nonprofit organizations and financial institutions to individuals, with their commercial real estate needs.
