Congratulations to Kelly Bundy, who has been selected as an ABA Construction Law Forum Diversity Fellow for the American Bar Association’s Construction Law Forum. This recognition follows Kelly’s selection as a Diversity Scholar and Scholarship Recipient for the Forum’s 2018 Midwinter Meeting. In addition to Kelly, five other recipients, representing large firms in St. Louis, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and Tampa, were selected from a group of twelve national finalists after a very competitive application and interview process and will each serve a three-year term.
The mission of the Forum’s Diversity Committee is to raise awareness and understanding among members and others of the vital role diversity plays in the construction industry, both nationally and globally. The Forum’s leadership initiated the fellowship program for diverse construction lawyers with the goal of drawing diverse construction lawyers into the ranks of active, long-term Forum members. Kelly has been an active member in the Forum; her selection as a Forum Diversity Fellow will allow her to play a more active role within the organization.
