Hirschler Fleischer Recognized as Part of Winning Deal Team for 2014 ACG NY Champion Award

Hirschler Fleischer was part of the deal team recognized with the ACG of New York’s “Manufacturing Deal of the Year Award” in the over $75M category. The award honored firm client Bertram Capital in the acquisition by its holding company, WH Acquisitions, Inc., of Maxcess International Corporation. Andrew Lohmann, Lisa Hedrick and Jim Kennedy comprised the WH Acquisitions deal team, with Kevin Muldowney and Alex Casagrande assisting on deal financing. The deal closed in January 2014.
