In an article published in the March issue of Construction, Nathaniel L. Story discusses the new executive order that expands employment reporting requirements for federal contractors. The executive order is the Fair Pay and Safer Workplaces Executive Order, and it states that federal contractors with procurement contracts in excess of $500,000 face new reporting requirements that will require significant consideration. Story explains the requirements in detail including self-reporting of labor law violations, post-award obligations, subcontracting requirements and various other obligations.Click here to read the article.
