Amari advises clients on preparations for closings of acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions. She oversees title matters, document review, and production. Her practice includes providing counsel to community associations regarding governing documents and deed conveyances, as well as preparing applications to obtain land use approvals.
Prior to becoming an associate, Amari was a summer associate at Hirschler, in addition to completing externships with Dominion Energy and Capital Square 1031. Founded in 2012, Capital Square is a leader among tax-advantaged real estate investment sponsors with more than $2 billion in equity raised. She also served as a summer judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
