Connor is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on construction and complex commercial litigation. He provides advice to his clients on drafting contracts, filing and releasing mechanic’s liens, and all stages of litigation, from origination through trial and appeal.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Connor worked for a surety-focused construction litigation firm in Richmond. Connor has acted as lead trial counsel for several jury trials in both state and federal court and as both the plaintiff’s counsel and defense counsel, giving him a perspective from both sides of the negotiating table.

Represented construction surety in eight-day federal jury trial, resulting in defense verdict.
Represented class action plaintiffs in Eighth Amendment claim against local jail.

Acted as local counsel in Title IX claim against a public university, resulting in the reinstatement of several sports teams.

Connor is passionate about woodworking and home improvement. He always strives to have a project at home and will look for any excuse to start something new. Connor is always happy to have guests at his home, if only to have the opportunity to show off the various improvements he has built by hand. When he’s not working on a project, Connor enjoys spending time at the dog park with his wife, Sami and his goldendoodle, Ruthie.
