Drawing on more than 30 years of experience working with individual lawyers, a national law firm and a national title company, Debbie offers a wealth of knowledge to Hirschler clients in the midst of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has deep experience closing refinances, HUD loans, TIC and JV transactions, as well as 1031 like-kind exchanges.
Debbie provides capable support to a wide range of real estate clients, including a regional healthcare system, various real estate developers, and investors purchasing and selling shopping centers and apartment complexes. Her role in these transactions includes reviewing purchase and sale agreements; preparing closing documents and critical date checklists; reviewing due diligence materials, including title and survey; drafting closing documents and consent documents; ordering corporate documents for entities involved in each transaction; preparing title/survey objection letters and responses; and preparing escrow closing instruction letters. In order to facilitate smooth transactions, Debbie acts as a liaison to inspectors, surveyors, title companies, attorneys, brokers and settlement agents.
Beyond her contributions to the real estate team, Debbie also assists Hirschler’s estate planning lawyers in preparing Deeds of Contribution, Deeds of Gift and Transfer on Death Deeds.

When not in the office, Debbie enjoys visiting her grown children and spending time with family (especially travel baseball with her nephews).
She welcomes opportunities to explore vintage consignment stores and comb the beach. She is an enthusiastic concert-goer and voracious reader.
