Kimberly L. Kirkland

Kim has worked in the real estate industry for 26 years. Her deep experience gives her the knowledge to support the legal needs of the firm’s real estate section. She has experience working with mortgage companies, real estate agents, builders, buyers and sellers.  

Prior to working in real estate, Kim worked as a litigation paralegal for a couple of Chesterfield and Tri-Cities law firms. She has also worked as a deputy clerk in General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts. Prior to joining Hirschler, she was an escrow officer for a well-known title company in Chesterfield. 

Since 2018, Kim holds a Title Underwriter’s License from the Commonwealth of Virginia Bureau of Insurance.

Kim enjoys spending time with her family, especially going on trips to Colorado to visit her daughter. She loves camping trips and road trips with her pitbull, Mugen.
