Kollin advises clients on all bankruptcy cases and insolvency matters, representing debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, boards of directors, and various official and ad hoc committees.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Kollin practiced bankruptcy law at Hunton Andrews Kurth and clerked in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina for the Honorable Laura Turner Beyer.

A native of Hampton Roads, Virginia, Kollin moved to Richmond after spending five years in North Carolina. When he is not working, you will often find him at a local brewery, restaurant, or exploring Richmond. Kollin loves to read and is a fan of both college and professional basketball. Despite attending both UNC and UVA, he is a Hoo for life and will cheer for UVA every time.
