Lisa is known for an excellent reputation of resolving problems and improving client satisfaction. Prior to joining Hirschler, Lisa worked for Williams Mullen as a Corporate and Securities Paralegal.

Lisa’s work experience includes:

• Drafting annual minutes.
• Corporate resolutions.
• Formation documents and amendments for all states.
• Preparing foreign qualification applications.
• Corporate governance.
• Westlaw research.
• Edgarizing security documents including 8-K, 10-K, S-1, etc.
• Preparing and filing Section 16 forms.
• Preparing and filing Form Ds and corresponding state notices electronically.

Lisa grew up in a military family and moved around a lot during her childhood, but she has been in Richmond since 1982. Her favorite thing to do is travel. Lisa has been to Prague, Rome, London, and next year is planning a trip to Bermuda. She loves the beach and vacations in the Outer Banks every year.
