Nana is a transactional attorney with a primary focus on navigating complex real estate transactions. His practice spans a wide spectrum, encompassing everything from acquisitions and dispositions to intricate leasing agreements, serving clients in the commercial sector. Nana represents a diverse clientele including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, providing strategic counsel in the negotiation, drafting, and execution of transactional agreements and recordable instruments.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Nana was as an Associate at Pesner Altmiller Melnick Demers & Steele, where he gained valuable experience in handling sophisticated real estate matters. His earlier role as counsel for a leading Title/Settlement Company in Northern Virginia equipped him with deep insights into resolving complex title issues, further enhancing his ability to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to his clients.
