Pat has more than 30 years of public company experience working as a paralegal with national and international Richmond companies, with a main focus on corporate, securities and corporate governance work.  She supports the Hirschler business law team in transactional matters, corporate matters, including formations, qualifications and registrations, and corporate maintenance, and legal research, among other responsibilities.

Outside of the office, Pat loves to travel and wishes she could spend more time exploring other places. Her dad was in the Air Force, so she moved around a lot growing up - but Richmond has always been her home base. She has two sons in the area and recently welcomed her first grandbaby. At home she has two dogs: a pittie mix named Puppy and a yellow Lab, Lola.
