Tiffany provides direction, guidance, and advice regarding the daily operations of the firm. She works closely with the records and billing teams as needed for integration of client intake, conflicts, and records maintenance functions. Additionally, she works with Facilities & Office Services regarding operation functions throughout all three offices, taking a leading role in the development of initiatives to increase efficiency in the firm’s business operations.
Tiffany most recently worked as Operations Manager with Troutman Pepper, supporting the Multifamily Housing Finance practice group as an extension of the firm’s overall business operations initiatives. She also worked with Brown Greer as Project Manager, Communications and Operations Management.

Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and exploring the Richmond food scene. An avid bourbon collector, Tiffany enjoys sharing her extensive collection by curating tasting experiences for friends which often includes a pour from her most prized bottle: her personal barrel selection from the oldest fully-operating distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.
