Overview
“I subscribe to Churchill’s philosophy that ‘attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference’ and let this guide my mindset in how I approach my work, colleagues, and clients.”
Virginia has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field as a paralegal. She provides support to the litigation team across the offices in Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Tysons. Whether generating documents for production, organizing materials, or preparing legal documents (and many other assignments in between), she approaches each with the same enthusiasm and intention - to produce a quality product no matter how complex or basic the project or task may be. Prior to Hirschler, Virginia worked in both large and small firms, and in-house legal departments.
