Logan has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as interpreting local ordinances. She takes pride in offering clients candid analyses of their legal issues and practical strategies to achieve optimal resolutions.

Logan works with a variety of land owners, particularly in areas related to the real estate development process, including permitting and entitlements. Prior to joining Hirschler, Logan practiced as a summer associate at the Fredericksburg City Attorney's office and a boutique law firm located in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Assisted with rezoning approval for Amazon Data Center Services in four localities, paving the way for the development of over 20 million square feet of cutting-edge data center facilities, which will be located in King George, Spotsylvania, Caroline and Stafford counties. This collective landmark project includes one of the largest data center campuses ever greenlit, not only within the state of Virginia, but across the entire U.S., and brings with it an anticipated $80 billion investment in the Fredericksburg region over the next 10 years. Moreover, it bears significant importance as an integral component of the Governor's foremost economic development initiative. As Amazon commits to an impressive $35 billion investment aimed at establishing multiple data center campuses throughout the state of Virginia by the year 2040, our achievement underscores the remarkable potential this endeavor holds for both regional and national economic growth.

Assisted Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in obtaining a conditional use permit for the development of its newest fast-food restaurant within the Garrison, a large-scale mixed-use development, located in Stafford County, Virginia.

Assisted with rezoning approval for a project titled “Neon,” which is a Silver Cos. project that includes 762 multifamily units and close to 50,000 square feet of commercial uses. It is the largest multifamily and mixed-use project in the history of the city of Fredericksburg and a $155 million project.

Assisted with rezoning approval for a mixed-use project known as “Wilderness Crossing” in Orange County, Virginia. The Wilderness Crossing project includes a mix of up to 5,000 residential units and over 7 million square feet of commercial, office and industrial uses within a 2600-acre tract. The project is the largest rezoning in the history of Orange County, and one of the largest in the Virginia Piedmont Region.

Assisted with rezoning approval for Northpoint Development to develop a two million square foot, $260 million logistics and distribution center. The project will be Stafford County’s second largest private capital investment in the county and is anticipated to create 800 new jobs and generate over $3.5 million annually in local taxes. Northpoint is headquartered in Kansas City, MO., and is one of the country’s largest industrial developers.

Assisted with rezoning approval for Kalahari Resorts, a one-of-a-kind, family entertainment and convention center to be located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Overcame significant community opposition regarding traffic impact and performance incentives to pave the way for the $900 million project which is expected to generate $3.5 billion in direct economic benefit over a 10-year period. The proposed project includes over 1.38 million square feet of commercial space, including 900 hotel rooms, a 156,000 square feet convention center, a 267,000 square feet indoor waterpark and family entertainment center, multiple restaurant and retail facilities, and a 10-acre outdoor resort pool/waterpark. Kalahari Resorts has four other locations nationwide and is well-known for having the largest indoor waterpark in the U.S.

Assisted Marleigh, LLC obtaining zoning approval for its age-restricted residential community located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.

Assisted the University of Mary Washington Foundation with the sale of “Eagle Village”, a mixed use development, in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

As a native of the Fredericksburg area, Logan is honored to impact the future of her community by providing legal services to the region with a focus on real estate. Fredericksburg is at the core of Logan’s life – it is where she grew up, met and married her high school sweetheart, Matthew, and then embarked on her legal career.

When she is not working at the office, Logan enjoys working out at the gym, walking her two dogs Frankie and Murphy, playing golf, and listening to true crime podcasts (specifically Murder, Mystery, and Makeup Monday with Bailey Sarian).
